Exposed & Fired is a digital series that explores bold and controversial topics amongst global diasporas. The creators needed help turning that creative spark into sustained reach. The goal was to create content, grow an audience, build consistency, and make the channel work as hard as the content itself.
Labile stepped in to lead the YouTube strategy and day-to-day channel management. We refined publishing cadence, optimized content packaging, and built a system around storytelling that felt raw, topical, and worth sharing.
The result: over 4.6 million views in just 3 months with only 12 videos published. For Exposed & Fired, this was more than traction; it was proof that with the right strategy, real stories still cut through the noise.
