G.O.T Mart, a growing retail brand in Ibadan, Oyo State, was opening the doors to its flagship location. The client needed a launch that went beyond ribbon-cutting and wanted to drive real attendance, create on-site excitement, and generate sales from day one.
Labile designed a launch activation campaign that focused on foot traffic, brand visibility, and in person engagement. Without relying on digital ads, the activation combined real-time promotion, physical visibility, and on-the-ground energy to drive momentum. This cut across curated in-store experiences, crowd-pulling tactics outside the venue, discounted offers, and printed flyers. The goal was to turn opening day into an event people wanted to be part of and to spend at.
The result was a packed store and a powerful start. By the end of launch day, G.O.T Mart had generated over ₦3 million in revenue. Labile delivered business.
